I admire any immigrant who can arrive empty handed and wind up the king of Hollywood with enough property to live on easy street, but every new California citizen takes a vow to uphold the California and United States Constitution. We have to assume Arnold read these documents to pass his citizenship test so what excuse does he offer for rejecting the bill to protect two of the most important amendments on the Bill of Rights - Equal Protection and Due Process.

Both of these are violated by nonjudicial foreclosure. Homeowner association lawyers should be disbarred for failure to honor the fiduciary duty of directors, racketeering under RICO and violating the Code of Ethics which forbids frivolous lawsuits.

However, American law schools stopped teaching law or justice after the Blackstone School of Law was replaced with the American Bar, with its bar nothing system of attack and kill, take the money and run philosophy.

Lawyers are only taught how to attack, discredit the opponent, tamper with the evidence, bribe the judge etc. Justice is dead and the entire system of law schools must be changed.

In Europe a judge attends a different school than lawyers and many courts have three judges...that helps prevent biased judges like Judge David Chaffee, Orange County, California from selling out. He should have been disqualified for hearing any homeowner association case because his position as president of his own homeowner association biased him so much that he told one San Clemente couple,"You will not win in my court."

John Van De Kamp should investigate Chaffee because this heartless kangaroo court judge awarded homeowner association lawyers, Simon Freedman, David Peters, and Michael Kim a huge judgment to force this couple to let their homeowner association, Palacio Del Mar, wash their coastal home downhill by running a sprinkler system AFTER a court injunction ordered their homeowner association to pay water damage to the adjacent homes, build drains and divert all water to avoid more landslide risk.

Van de Kamp is unaware tht the only common interest in common interest developments is property theft. Not one single homeowner association lawyer ever honors the California State 501(c) nonprofit, mutual benefit statutes which FORBIDS any director from unfair, unreasonable or arbitrary actions. It also orders ll directors to make all decisions on the same basis of a prudent business man. Would a prudent business man sue a homeowner for turning off water when his home is already damaged by a landslide.

Would a prudent business man spray an owner's cars with raw eggs and create thousands of dollars in paint damage; would they spray paint a homeowner's home with huge black letters, "MOVE"? This is what they got away with in San Clemente because the California Bar decided that any lawyer who drives around in a new Mercedes is a great role model like David Peters. He is competing with other CAI and CLAC lawyers on who can own the most property purchased through strawmen with unconstitutional, nonjudicial foreclosures.

Rothman boasted he filed 250 foreclosures a month in Orange County, California, and Marquis Management was sued for bank fraud by the U. S. Federal Government. But the Calforonia Attorney General has never enforced any hate crime or other civil rights since the 1973 explosion of common interest developments turned the lawyers, developers and commissioners into multi-millionaires who own the state and the officials who run it.

I attended the painful funeral of friend Jim Troutman, Al Gray and others killed by sheer greed, the death of the American Dream, a government for sale to the highest bidder engaged in creating the greatest depression since the twenties through foreclosures and bankrupty which wipe out credit by fraudulent credit bureaus that operate for rip off lenders who triple their interest and fees to show massive tax writes off, completely fabricated for profits.

The Dept of Immigration should terminate the Terminator's citizenship because no one is above the law and he has no right to serve as the Government of California when he won't even honor the Bill of Rights!

Benjamin Franklin said, 'We will all hang together or we will all hang separate and the Sacramento trial lawyers work hand in hand with land developers to make sure we all hang together.

Trust me, terminate the terminator and the attorney general for violating public trust and failure to enforce our constitutional rights, which they are under oath to do. Time is of the essence because unemployment is going up, insurance firms are too expensive to find insurance due to the defective construction defect and other lawsuits by homeowner association lawyers. One CAI lawyer even donated $1,000,000 to the Bill Clinton Library.

The directors are so incompetent that they did not know that California Law requires all contractors to be bonded against defective construction and the proper procedure is to contract the state contractor license board and obtain the name of the contractor's bonding company and if all else fails, have the insurance company handle it. But the slick law firms find out how many dollars are in the reserve fund and don't stop filing suits until all reserve funds are in their own reserve bank account and homeowners face huge assessments to cover cost.

The Bored Boards of Directors, NEVER educate themselves on state statutes of nonprofits because law firms and managerment firms make it too profitable to be ignorant and the Secretary of State has never honored their duty to close a nonprofit corporation for failure to comply with the law.

All the state cares about is keep that free tax money rolling in because CIDs give the state double taxation without representation and not one has every suggested a Boston Tea Party. They just pay through the nose and hope they will avoid foreclosure fever so rampant in California

George W Bush talks about sharing the American Dream but the truth is the American Dream died in 1973 when CAI set up a corp to train every lawyer and manager how to foreclose on 55 million CID Homes for De Facto laws which are not even constitutional because officials are too busy feeding cash cows to notice the barn has no one left but coyotes.

Let's hope Van de Kamp can operate an honest camp, and Bill Lockyer can unlock his lost courage and restore civil rights while the Immigration informs the terminator, citizenship papers end when the citizen forgets what government he is supposed to support. The USA is not Hollywood and
it's hard to figure how a member of the Kennedy clan could forget charity begins at home when the Kennedy's paid such a dear price with the loss of two brothers...

The only way we can survive this century is working together to restore property rights and mop up the grime in government from sleazy officials and lawyers.

One out of three citizens becomes a lawyer, so the first job is to close the law schools for organized crime...pretending to teach law. Justice is not just us...trust me...
