THE PLAGUE OF HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATIONS
The terrorists who live in our back yards and run our Associations and yes, even our Government

| Miami, Florida - I recently read and am appalled that America does not wake up to what is going on in our country as we are fed lies of propagandist lies about terrorists when they live in our back yards and run our Associations and yes, even our Government. Obviously the enemy does not lie outside, but within our nation. I will openly challenge any Government official to prove otherwise.
Why do I say this? It is quite simple. Our US Constitution, through the Bill of Rights proves this inequitably over unconstitutional private property theft. The Fifth Amendment states, "[No person shall be]… deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation." I
n the hierarchy of government, irrefutably the Federal Government is over the State and local governments. What we are seeing is State and local governments unconstitutionally abusing their "powers" by permitting the predatory foreclosures of private property without "due process" when the Associations are the prosecutors, judges and executioners who steal our citizens' private properties. While the separation of power is present in our governments, on every level, it is not required for an Association to do so. This abuse is best exemplified through the blind eye of the Federal Government that permits this nationwide abuse against it's citizens.
The plague of Associations has become a nationwide epidemic of what could be on the verge of stigmatizing the separation of the classes in our United States of America. What we are seeing before us is nothing new to us. History shows us the social strife of Nations over the loss of the Bourgeois or middle class. The poor are constantly discriminated against and this is evident when a property owner must succumb to the Association leverage of communal funds and resources to "resolve" conflict.
No one should make a mistake; while the CAI and others alike will have the general public believe that the problems stem from contract disputes among private parties, the abuse committed by those in power against those parties is, unconstitutional. Time and again, letters and editorials submitted to AHRC demonstrate this abuse. However, it is also clear that those government officials who support this have "special interests" in the permissible behavior.
State Governors who sign legislation against property owners against the US Constitution are acting illegally. |
