Riverside County Superior Court Commissioner J. Michael McCoy Friday granted the office of Assemblywoman Bonnie Garcia's petition for an injunction barring Sharon Stephens from contact with Richard Harmon, Garcia's chief of staff; Mary Brhel, Garcia's field representative in Cathedral City; and Martin C. Brhel, Brhel's husband.
