Where Do You Stand? [Letter]
Will You Bring The Light Into The Darkness?
|
| |
To: Armed Services, Judiciary, Budget, and Veterans Affairs, Federal
February 15, 2005
Research has been conducted and discovered that multiple articles of the US Constitution, US Bill Of Rights, and the South Carolina Constitution is being violated against homeowners living within government acting bodies deceptively called, Homeowners Associations (HOA). It is shocking to read some many states from elected representatives, such as yourself, to state you stand for the rights of the people, but then turn your back on them and allow these corporations to plow down the American Dream. Everyone that lives in America has the right to Due Process, to Rights and Liberties, and the financial security and comfort to their homestead. That is a God given right, and this country was formed on that basis.

|
| |
To: Bush Administration, Federal
February 15, 2005
I am a True Christian contacting a US President that publicly has confessed to be a Christian, please read my letter and respond.
I am contacting you on some discovery of the abusive and rights violation conducted by private non-profit corporation. This non-profit corporation suppresses its members to be members to the point of not allowing elections, right to vote within the organization, demands additional taxes, is required to produce financial statements, but does not post that information, conducts secret monthly meetings. And whenever a honest member highlights these discoveries, the non-profit organization conducts a financial arrest against that members, in which that member suffers significant loss and damage of financial status.
