| San Juan Capistrano, California - The American Homeowners Resource Center (AHRC) is the homeowners Interactive Publishing, Communication and Research website. It is a heavily used by homeowners, government officials, media and businesses. Its average hits a month has grownsteadily from 1 million a month in 2004 to 3 million hits a month currently.
Following are some FAQ's about Navigating, Using, Publishing and Communicating on the AHRC website
QUESTION 1: How do I submit a question?
ANSWER: Use the Send Us a Note if you need technical assistance using the AHRC website..
For general questions use either:
Question & Answer - News Submission Form If your question relates to issues about you homeowners association, please submit a Directory Listing for your HOA. Include the names and contact information (email addresses will not show on the web) for your board members, lawyer and management company .
or use the:
HOA Forums link in the left marging of the AHRC website
QUESTION 2: How do I publish information on AHRC?
ANSWER: Select the appropriate form from the Submissions Button in the left margin of the AHRC website e.g.
News, Press Releases, Editorials, Q & A, .E-Cards, Video etc.
Lawsuits
There are many more submission forms e.g. petitions, initiatives, websites etc..
Most of the forms will allow you to upload files, images, videos and animations.
QUESTION 3: I have problems with my Homeowners Association. What can I do?.
ANSWER: Here are some ways you can help yourself:
LIST your Homeowners Association Include the names of each of your board members, lawyer, management company and manager . and their contact information, including emails. You can then use this information to mail, fax and mail your communications. (emails addresses will not appear on the web)

COMMUNICATE SPOTLIGHT PUBLISH using private or published communications. You can add emails of authorites, lawmakers, interested parties, and media in any of your communications so they immediately receive a copy of your letter or complaint. You can also fax or mail the the communication .You can send files and images with these communications. Copies of your communication are stored in your private user account uder My Tools
You can later open dialogues with each of your board members and manager by using Write a Letter or Write a Complaint from your HOA Directory Listing on AHRC.

Users can link all the homeowner association players on the internet. using complaints, letters, lawsuits and articles.
AHRC Communications is a good documentation, media tool for owners to use when they the assistance of public and media scrutiny.
QUESTION 4: How do I list entities in the AHRC Business or Government Directory? I would like to list my Homeowners Association, Manager, Lawyer and Elected Representatives
ANSWER: Select the Directory Listing from the Submission Button in the left margin of the AHRC site.
Do separate entries for the Homeowner Association (include each of the board member names) , and each Business entity - Manager, lawyer etc.
QUESTION 5: How do I update or add to the information in the AHRC Business or Goverment Directory
ANSWER Select Business in the top navigation buttons
Enter the name of the entity under Name in the form below the U. S. Map and hit Search. (Partial names will yield better search results).
Click on the name of the entity from the search results.
Click Comments to add your information.
QUESTION 6: I am a victims of an Unjust Homeowner Association Lawsuit and an Unjust Court Ruling. How do I publish my story and file complaints with the appropriate government offices and public interest agencies.

QUESTION 7: I am a journalist doing a story on homeowner associations and would like to find current homeowner stories in my area.. Can you recommend any ? Can you help me find others in my area?
ANSWER: We and our subscribers may be able to provide you with information on this. Write or call us at (949)366-2125 .
To publish your request select Submit News from the "Submissions" drop down menu in the left margin of the AHRC site.
Please include your publication name, address and email address in the author information input form. ( Emails and contact information will not appear on the web) .
QUESTION 8: I am a legislative assistant working on a pro-homeowner bill. We need knowledgeable homeowners to provide input and testify before legislative committees in support of this bill.
