1. Arizona Judiciary Watch - Jacqueline McVay, Michael A. Parham
Maricopa County Justice Court - Northeast Justice Court - Jacqueline McVay- violates due process - disallows defense, evidence, cross examination, excludes necessary defendent, ignores/violates Federal Fair Housing for the Disabled (ignores Request for Reasonable Accommodation), ends trial during questioning of plaintiff's witness #1 of 2, dismisses new trial motion by actual homeowner (allowing non-homeowner to defend case), allows for unlawful notice by court to be acceptable, knowingly allows a case which exceeds jurisdiction to be remanded illegally back to her court....

Justice of the Peace Pro Tempore - Michael A. Parham - acting as landlord for out of state LLC, this judge/plaintiff attorney, represents the land developer, the only groups recognized as advocate groups by state department, brags about 'writing all the laws in Arizona for the RV/manufactured housing parks,' lobbies but isn't state recognized for this either, threatens and breaks ARS laws in actions, corrupts the judicial system as illegal motions are ruled upon without defense notice, participates in unlawful landowner retaliation, misrepresents interactions with zoning board, manipulates impossible demands for compliance which becomes his tool to remove rightful resident.

and then more about his connections... Conseco/Greentree, home sellers, groups for advocacy both land owners and homeowners.
