Yesterday you said that Burton Wides, the consultant to Chairman John Conyers U. S. Congress Judiciary Committee had informed you he would be recommending a hearing on "Due Process Violations" this week and had asked for one spokesperson to the Committee and that you would be the spokesperson. As requested, can you please submit an update for homeowners on AHRC so they are kept abreast and can participate and communicate with their representatives to make this hearing effective for all concerned. Thanks

Judicial misconduct, political corruption and property theft report to U S Judiciary Committee - Apr 18, 2007
Cases: (1) Salem District Court, docket number 0336 CV 378 - (2) Salem District Court, docket number 0636 CV 031 - Judges: Robert Cornetta, Dunbar Livingstone - Issue: In both cases, the Trustees brought court action based on false allegations of unpaid condo fees. In the action number 0336 CV 378, they obtained a judgment (Cornetta) for over $20,898.48 which we had to pay to stop the foreclosure proceedings. We paid $1,718 in August 2003, and $19,180.48 on September 2, 2004. In the action number 0636 CV 031, they obtained a judgment (Cornetta and Livingstone) for $22,907.02, on March 27, 2007, which we will have to pay to stop the foreclosure they are threatening us with now. In both cases, we provided the Court with certified bank statements evidencing that we did not owe a penny in "outstanding" condo fees.

    Due Process violation Investigation Request - Representative Conyers - Chair - U S Judiciary Committee - Apr 18, 2007
A report from a Michigan Homeowner: This Michigan case has a twist on how the courts were used to illegally transfer property rights to attorneys and the judges who then pay off their mortgages, deposit homeowner's mutual insurance checks without the homeowner's endorsement, purchase properties in family members names, issue liens on homeowners property for attorney fees without serving the homeowner the required notifications. The Chief Judge , The Court of Appeals, the Michigan Supreme Court, the Judicial Tenure Commission and the Attorney Grievance Commission have all covered up this case.

What rights do we have being in a mandatory membership - Apr 12, 2007
We purchased a home in a new development that advertised in having an HOA. We wanted to live in a community that had this, because we moved from Clayton county that didn't have one, and the crime was just getting out of hand. We are sending our money to a guy named Richard Perry that is the president. We want a meeting and he will not contact us. He has called the law office that did our closing and was the witness on our covenants. The letter I received from the law office will not give me dates when we can elect a board from the homeowners within our community. What can we do legally.
