Here is another breaking story about another California homeowner association foreclosure. The Aurelio de Vera family lost their condo while they were trying to pay a past due bill of $625. to their association. They were current in their mortgage.

May 17, 2004, this family with three children, ages 8, 5 and 2, became part of Amerca's homeless people because of the California Davis Stirling homeowner association laws.
