	Based on the fact that you have acknowledged my bankruptcy protection in your email below and the lack of participation on my part in the issue at bar, I demand  that you file the appropriate pleadings which acknowledge that I was never and should not be a party of this lawsuit nor referenced in any matter hereto.  I left MBA or ERA MBA Properties, Inc. in 4/01 when the divorce between me and Bruce was filed (also in 4/01) and never returned.  Bruce Ailion ran the company as the Broker  of record, and I had no involvement with Bruce Ailion or MBA or ERA MBA after my Brokers license transferred in 4/01, which can be verified by the Georgia Real Estate Commission.  
	 
	Please let me know what your time frame will be for resolving this matter, I would greatly appreciate it if you try to resolve this within the next forty eight (48) hours.
