Dear Fellow Citizens and Voters:
The following is a list of individuals work as legislators, judges, commissioners and public servants on public payroll. We the people, entrusted them with a great deal of trust and power. They are our government. They make laws. They enforce the laws. They give us, or strip us of all our rights, freedom, and property. Government has a duty to protect its citizens. Misuse of power by people entrusted with such vast amounts of power and money can destroy families, generations of children, and homes. The following "Voter Beware List" contains a list of people in public office who have abused the power of their office and damaged many, many people in the process. They have violated public trust. Legislators should not be shepherding laws that give the public's homes and life savings to lawyers and insurance companies ,and taking money from these vendors. |

Dan Hauser spent decades as chair of the California Assembly Housing Committee. He came from nortnern California, a rural area with few homeowner association. He used his position to shepherd many laws on behalf of the CAI lawsuit industry. His laws eroded homeowner rights and subjected homeowners to unlimited assessments and lawyers fees. Floods of homeowners were liened and lost their savings and homes in foreclosures for massive lawyers fees. |

Homeowner Associations are being used as Corporate Scamming Devices by an Anti-Homeowner Vendor Alliance (AHVA) - corrupt vendors - insurance companies, politicians, judges, and association lawyers (CAI), and others. The AHVA has been lying to politicians and media that they represent 42 million homeowners who bought homes with homeowner associations. This AHVA pays corrupt politicians to "shepherd laws" through the legislative halls. They bribe judges to protect their interests in the courthouses. With the help of these politicians and judges, they snatch private homes, rights and savings of citizens "legally". In Orange County, California, AHVA judges routinely break laws to give corrupt homeowner association lawyers massive lawyers fees to bankrupt homeowners and steal their homes. Both get very, very rich pretending to be "officers of the court" while working together in the racket of stealing homes and savings. In the 19th. century, they stole the land of Indians, Mexicans, Blacks and other minorities. Today, under the guise of law, these AHVA politicians , judges and lawyers are stealing the land and rights of the ordinary American homeowner. |
